We are a Remote-first company, so yes, you can work pretty much from anywhere. But if you still need to go to the office every now and then, we currently have three offices located in Brazil (São Paulo), The USA (Austin) and The UK (Bristol).

What you'll do:
Will manage teams with 1: 1 weekly;
Monitor the development and evolution of the people you lead;
Recruit and train new people, adding diversity to our technical bar and our culture;
Manage the team's workflow, bringing metrics on management, identifying bottlenecks, removing blockers, etc;
Empower the team to achieve a high level of productivity, quality and delivery;
Monitor the development of tasks, help the team to decide and document technical decisions and understand trade-offs;
Maintain SLA for our services and events, according to OKR’s;
Maintain the high level of maturity of the software, recognizing the deficiencies of the system;
Analyze and monitor the Cycle Time;
Provide guidance and insights to senior management.
What we expect from you:
Know the scope of each Squad;
You will have a position of trust, so we count on your availability to meet the demands of Pismo and customers when necessary;
Participate in technical decisions involving: (Cloud [AWS and / or GCP], Queues, Algorithm, tests, troubleshooting capacity, etc.);
Have a high bar for criticality and responsibility of the systems it puts into production, following the 99.99% Pismo SLA and SLO;
Be fully responsible for the productive environment of the Squads that are under your management;
We don't expect you to spend a lot of time programming (all other responsibilities will require you a lot), but we strongly believe in having a hands-on leadership that can really understand the reality of the team.
